Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bottle Hawaiian Plantation sauce (7.25 fl.oz.)
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp cornstarch
Preparation
- Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp sauce.
- Mix & shape into 1 inch balls.
- Heat oil in skillet, fry meatballs lightly, remove from skillet and drain excess fat.
- Combine remaining sauce, water, and cornstarch.
- Cook in skillet until sauce thickens, stir constantly, return meatballs to pan and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
