Ingredients
1 lb (454 gr) cubed beef
3 tbsp (45 ml) lime juice
2 tbsp (30 ml) orange juice
3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
2 tsp (10 ml) grounded cumin
1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano
1 tsp (5 ml) chili powder
1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
Preparation
Mix well the first 8 ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Skewer beef, onion, bell peppers and cook on barbecue.
