Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 cup salsa
2 cups grape tomatoes
2 green bell peppers, chopped
Preparation
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cut into 1" chunks. Heat oil in large skillet and cook chicken, stirring often, until thoroughly cooked. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients in large bowl and toss. Serve immediately.
