Ingredients
3 lbs chicken wings
Marinade
1 12 oz can of beer
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsps chili powder
2 tbsps packed brown sugar
2 tbsps molasses
2 tbsps ketchup or chili sauce
1 tbsp Dijon
1 tsp veg oil
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp salt
Pico:
1 1/2 cups black beans
2 plum tomatoes diced
1 diced small onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp veg oil
salt
Preparation
Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken in plastic bag for several hours or overnight.
Grill chicken. Brush with warm leftover marinade.
Mix pico de gallo and serve with wings.
