Ingredients
Salad"
1 14.5 oz can Black beans, drained
1 14.5 oz can Pinto beans, drained
14.5 oz. corn
4 Roma Tomatoes chopped
2 Avocados, chopped
1/2 Red onion, chopped
Dressing:
1c Ranch dressing
1 1/4 tsp. cumin
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Toss salad items together. Combine dressing items and toss with salad. Chill until ready to serve.
For appetizer serve with corn tortilla chips.
