Ingredients

1 lb or very lean ground beef

1 drained can of pinto or kidney beans

1 drained can of corn

1pk of dry taco seasoning

lettuce

tomatoe

salt and pepper

small package of corn chips

sour cream ( optional)

pickled jalepenos ( optional)

1 small bottle of catalina dressing.

Preparation

cook and drain ground beef add taco seasoning, with 1/2 cup of water. Cook until water is completely reduced Cut up lettuce and tomatoe On top of lettuce and tomatoe add beans and corn. Then add meat mixture. Toss with dressing. Salt and pepper to taste Stir in corn chips just before serving Serve with jalepeno garnish and sour cream.
