1.lb hamberger

1.8oz jar salsa.(pace pecante)

one egg.

regular rice or instant doesnt matter.

Preparation

take the hamberger meat, egg, and salsa and mix them all together “best way is use hands” shape into golf ball size balls. put into a glass baking dish u want them close together. touching is best. bake them in the oven untill meat is brown u want the juice from the meat for the rice. cook rice “if cooking regular rice start rice before mixing the meat. if useing instant cook after.” place the meatballs ontop of the rice with a little juice drizzled on top. and surve.
