Ingredients:

1 Bag Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes (shoestring or cubes)

8 oz Sour Cream

1 can each cream of mushroom and chicken

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 stick butter, melted

your families favorite crunchy topping…cornflakes, wheat germ, bread crumbs, etc.

Preparation

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 X 13 baking pan with PAM or other non-stick baking spray. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into pan. Cover with crunchy topping and melted butter. Bake for 1 hour.
