Ingredients

1 can Corn

1 Beefsteak tomato

A pinch of salt & Cayenne Pepper

1 Tablespoon bacon grease or vegetable oil

Preparation

Drain one can of corn, set aside.

Cube beefsteak tomato, and try not to include many seeds in this recipe.

Get large skillet and pour grease/oil in and cover bottom of pan.

Heat up pan for 45 seconds, then add tomatoes.

Cook tomatoes for 1-2 minutes on high, add corn, salt, and Cayenne pepper, cook for 4 minutes on medium heat, stirring very frequently.

Serve in casserole dish or deep sided dish.
