Ingredients
10 bunches Parsley
3 Lg. Onions
2 heads Garlic
6 28 oz. cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 1/4 c. crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 c. MX Oregano
1/4 c. Blk Pepper
1/4 c. Salt
1 c. Cider Vinegar
1 c. Olive Oil
Preparation
Chop fine in a food processor: cleaned parsley.
Chop fine in a food processor: cleaned garlic, and onion (separate from parsley).
Saute onion + garlic ingredients the olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
