Ingredients

10 bunches Parsley

3 Lg. Onions

2 heads Garlic

6 28 oz. cans Crushed Tomatoes

1 1/4 c. crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 c. MX Oregano

1/4 c. Blk Pepper

1/4 c. Salt

1 c. Cider Vinegar

1 c. Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. Chop fine in a food processor: cleaned parsley.

  2. Chop fine in a food processor: cleaned garlic, and onion (separate from parsley).

  3. Saute onion + garlic ingredients the olive oil.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
