Ingredients
Beef Salad
2 ½ inch London broil steaks - seared rare (any meat can be used, I’ve used Kobe beef or tenderloin and it was fabulous)
5 Roma tomatoes - Cut into 6 cube sizes per tomato
1 hot house cucumber - 1/2 inch thick and quarter each piece
1-2 lemons - juiced (to taste)
Chopped Cilantro - ¼ cup - give or take
Sliced green onions - ¼ cup - give or take
1 small red onion - sliced thin
Torn up mint leaves - ¼ cup
Chili flaked to taste - at least a teaspoon
*Fish Sauce or salt - to taste (is you are using fish sause, use at least a tablespoon)
Tiny bit of sugar - to taste (if you are using sugar, use at least a 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Grill the meat or sear it on a pan until medium rare - thinly slice. Chop all the veggies to the instructions above Combine all ingredients in a bowl Serve with lettuce
