Ingredients

550g chicken mince

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 tblsp fish sauce

2 tblsp sweet chilli sauce

2 green onions, sliced

1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce, extra

2 tsp lime juice

2 tblsp peanut oil

Preparation

Combine mince, breadcrumbs, fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce, onions, coriander, mixing well.Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Combine extra sweet chilli sauce and lime juice. Set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Cook chicken balls in batches until golden and cooked through. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce. Serves 6
