Ingredients
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2 Tbl honey
2 Tbl orange juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 cups cooked fettuccine
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
salad greens
chopped red pepper
chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Mix salsa, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy and ginger in skillet. Heat through. Add fettuccine and chicken. Toss mixture until evenly coated. Serve on salad greens. Garnish with red pepper and cilantro.
