Ingredients
Boneless chicken( 1-2 pieces per person)
Cilantro(chopped)
green onions(sliced)
roasted rice powder(2-3 T)
fish sauce(1T) or soy sauce
lime juice(1 lime)
red onions
wedges of red and green cabbage or lettuce
chili powder flakes.

Boil chicken, and drain after done. Mix with onions, lime juice fish sauce, rice powder( Sauteed in a skillet til brown and pureed til powder or put in a mortar and pestle and ground to a fine powder),
