Ingredients
Penne (200g)
Frozen Paneer (100g)
Tomato (6 small tomatoes)
Garlic Cloves (2 cloves)
Chilies (2 pieces)
Cumin seeds (one tablespoon)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sugar (1 teaspoon)
Parmesan Cheese (2 Tablespoons)
Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons)
Lemon Grass (1 piece)
Lime leaves (1 piece)
Preparation
- Mince the two garlic cloves
- Mince the 6 tomatoes ( make sure you take out the seeds)
- Microwave the paneer so it changes it state from frozen to soft
- Boil the penne for precisely 18 minutes ( decide depending on how soft the penne gets)
- Wait until the penne is soft.
- Take out the water from the penne
- Wash the penne with water
- Drain the penne.
- Put cumin seeds into Pestle and mortar and grind until powder
