Ingredients
1 package whole wheat linguini
8 green onions chopped
1 tbsp ginger minced
3 cloves garlic minced
Sesame oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (I think…it’s around 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
1 tsp sriracha sauce
Handful of cilantro chopped up
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup mung bean sprouts
Preparation
cook the linguini, strain it, and toss it with a tbsp of sesame oil.
Saute the garlic, ginger and green onions in another tbsp of sesame oil. Just a couple minutes on medium heat.
Add the vinegar, honey, soy sauce, peanut butter and hot sauces and simmer for a few mintues. Then just pour the sauce over the noodles and mix it up with the shredded carrots and bean sprouts. Top with the chopped cilantro.
