Ingredients
3/4 cup ground peanuts (use a blender)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Thai chili paste
1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
Stir together ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, then simmer over medium-low heat until thick/thin to your taste.
When cooled, can freeze peanut sauce in ice cube trays, then put frozen cubes in freezer ziploc bag to use as needed.
