Ingredients
1 lb pork shoulder, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 lb chopped spinach
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
Preparation
Cook pork in peanut oil until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Cook garlic for 10 seconds. Add spinach, and cook until just wilted. Add the pork, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir and serve.
