Ingredients
Salad
1 head green cabbage sliced in ribbons
1 cup sugar or Chinese peas, sliced
1/2 red pepper sliced in thin strips
1/2 green pepper sliced thin
1 cup mung bean sprouts or 1/2 c grated carrot
1 package Kanimi shrimp combo or other ready to eat seafood
Dressing
1 cup bottled Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 t dark sesame oil
Garnish
1 cup cashews or peanuts
1/2 cup toasted coconut
1/4 c chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
Prepare vegetables and combine in large bowl. Add shrimp & crab or other seafood. Mix well.
Whisk dressing ingredients together in separate bowl.
Pour dressing over greens and mix well.
Sprinkle nuts and cilantro over the salad. Top with toasted coconut.
