Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce or honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except vegetable oil. Pat mixture into six burgers.
Heat skillet and add the vegetable oil. Brown patties for 4 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low, and partially cover. Cook 8-10 minutes flipping once.
To grill, cook over medium fire 5-7 minutes each side.
