Ingredients
4 cups seedless red grapes
4 cups seedless green grapes
4 cups seedless dark purple grapes
4 cups seedless mixed grapes
(total grapes = 3 bags)
2 cups Philadelphia Cream Cheese - softened
2 cups sour cream
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups pecans - chopped
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, pecans. combine grapes with cheese mixture.
Optional: sprinkle brown sugar over top (didn’t do this Thanksgiving ‘07)
