Ingredients
1 bag pepperage farm seasoned dressing.
1/2 lg onion
2 stalks celery
cooking liquid from giblets, neck and liver (1 cup)
1/2 stick butter
1-2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped fresh oysters
Preparation
chop celery and onion sautee in 2 Tbs butter for 3 min. chop fresh oysters mix all ingredients add chicken broth to desired moistness. adjust seasoning (salt and pepper to preference) loosely stuff turkey or put in buttered casserole dish add a little more broth if cooking in casserole dish bake @ 325 for 45 min.
