Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds Mushrooms sliced or chopped into large chunks

1/2 Head Celery chopped

2 Medium Onions chopped

1/4 Cup Brandy

1/4 Cup Conaque

1 Cup White Wine

1 Pound Maple Sausage

1 Pound Challah Bread cubed & dried overnight

2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Egg Beaten

Salt

Pepper

3 Tbls Fresh Thyme minced

2 Tbls Fresh Sage minced

1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley minced

1 1/2 Tbls Poultry Seasoning

1/2 Tbls Dried Marjoram

4 Tbls Butter

Preparation

Butter a 13x9 inch pan. Saute sausage and vegetables; add liquor & flambe off alcohol; add wine a cook a few minutes Mix everything together and put into pan; dot top with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
