Ingredients

1 stick butter

2 cups chopped celery

1 cup chopped white onion

Saute until soft.

1 loaf white bread - cubed

2-3 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Saute first three ingredients until soft and onions are translucent. Stir regularly in frying pan.

Mix celery/onions mixture with bread and broth. Stir and place in buttered 8x11 pan and place in 325 degree oven on bottom rack. Bake covered for 45 minutes and another 10-15 minutes uncovered. Serve hot.
