Ingredients
1 package (4 1/2 oz.) Jell-o instant pudding and pie filling – chocolate flavor
1 package (18 oz - 19oz) devil’s food or chcolate cake, can use dark chocolate
1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips. I think I use Lindt dark. very good.
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand until well-blended. Pour into a gresed and floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until cake springs bakc when lightly pressed with finger. Do not overbake. Cool 15 minutes in the pan. Remove and continue cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
