Ingredients

3 cans of mexicorn

3c shredded medium cheddar cheese(you can used pregrated but be sure to use the thicker cut not the supper fine it really makes a difference also medium takes some of the jap heat)

1/2-1 small jar of japs(your prefence I like it hot)

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp chili powder

1 c mayoniase(Hellmans is best do not use salad dressing such as Miracle Whip)

1 tsp & a pinch cumin

1 bag Fritos or Tostidos

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill in a good air tight contaier. Some additional mayo may be needed before serving as it may dry out a little overnight. You decide.
