Ingredients
1 Cup cider vinegar
1 cube margarine
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
2-3 T Johnny Dock Salad Elegance
1 cut-up broiler fryer
Preparation
bring vinegar, margarine, garlic and Salad Elegance to boil. Pour over chicken. Cover (or place in zip-lock bag) and marinate overnite in refrigerator. Grill over charcoal, turning often until done.
