Ingredients

You’ll need:

3 packs Martha Whites cornmeal mix

1 cup sour cream

I cup white milk

2-3 eggs

½ cup minced Jalapeno’s from jar

Dried Thyme

1/3 cup of white sugar

3 sticks salted sweet cream butter

Preparation

Here’s what to do:

  • In a medium or large bowl, melt all sticks of butter and then add contents to bowl. Mix well until smooth. Scoop out into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400oF, or until firm and golden brown on top. Goes great with soups, salads, pastas and even a yummy snack!

**Now if your not a big fan of Jalapenos, go ahead and feel free to subsitute it for minced roasted red peppers to give it a more chipotle flavor, and not so spicy.
