Ingredients
4 - 1 1/2’ thick Ribeye Steak
8 Garlic Cloves
Kraft Italian Dressing
Soy Sauce
Garlic Salt
Preparation
Grate two garlic cloves per steak (with garlic press is easy) spread one clove on each side and press into steak. Pour Italian dressing and soy sauce over steaks (enough to coat both sides). Take a fork and pierce the meat all over, on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Marinate in refrigerator at least 5 hours, preferably 24 hours. Take steaks from the marinade (discard leftover marinade), place on hot grill (high). Sear 5 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium. Grill 6 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes. Enjoy!
