Ingredients
Green Beans (a lot! they’ll shrink almost double.)
Balsalmic Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Minced garlic
Diced white onion
A little olive oil
Preparation
Put the green beans, garlic, and onions in a pan (or a pot if you have a lot)with some olive oil. Put the burner on medium heat. Put a lot of balsalmic vinegar and olive oil over them (when you think you’ve put a lot on, put a little bit more on). When they get kinda wrinkely, they’re done, but I always put a little more vinegar and lemon juice on just before i serve them.
