Ingredients
Corn
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
Preparation
Mix equal parts of the lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Make as much as you think you might need - you can always make more as the corn roasts on the grill.
Husk the corn and grill it on one side until it browns a bit (the sugars in the corn are now caramelized).
Brush the corn with the sauce frequently - especially as you turn it. It takes at least 6 or so turns to brown the whole corn.
You won’t need any butter or salt for this corn - it will blow you away as is.
