Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup dark brown granulated sugar

1/2 cup dark Karo syrup

1/2 cup light Karo syrup

1 pinch salt

1 1/2 tsp real vanilla extract

1 cup good quality fresh pecan halves

2 T. melted butter

2 T. Molasses

1 8 or 9" piecrust

Preparation

Partially bake pie shell at 350 for about 10 minutes. Do not brown.

Beat eggs and brown sugar on very low speed until sugar is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients thoroughly.

Pour filling into crust and bake at 350 until crust is light brown then turn down to 300 until center is set. About 45 minutes total.
