Ingredients
4 cups sweet potatoes, boiled soft but not mushy
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
Pecan topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Smash potatoes so it gets smooth with small lumps. Mix all ingredients together except topping. Put in casserole dish. Top with pecan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
