Ingredients
2 c. chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. green grapes, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. miracle whip
1 c. cool whip
Slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the miracle whip and cool whip, making sure the pineapples have been drained thoroughly. Then mix the miracle whip and cool hip together. Add this to the chicken mixture. Sprinkle in almonds if desired. Serves 6 with 6 large croissants or serves 12 small croissants.
