Ingredients
2 c. prepared mayo
1 lb. blue cheese
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
3 T. Coleman’s dry mustard
pepper to taste
1 c. milk
Preparation
Mash blue cheese into the mayo, leaving some chunks of cheese. Stir in remaining seasonings and adjust to taste. Blend in milk until the mayo and cheese mixture achieve a “salad dressing” consistency.
