Ingredients

4 ounces pineapple juice

1 1/2 ounces white rum (optional)

1 ounce cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

1 ounce fresh orange juice

Pineapple leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Pour pineapple juice, white rum (if using), cream of coconut, and fresh orange juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake until cold, about 10 seconds.

Divide between 2 lowball glasses filled with crushed ice, and top with seltzer. Garnish each with a pineapple leaf (if using) and serve.
