Ingredients

1 cup Crisco

1 cup dark brown sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 cup unsweetened wide flake coconut (found at health food stores)

1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

blend sugar and Criso Add eggs and vanilla On slow speed add flour, baking powder and salt. By hand mix in oats, nuts and coconut. Bake at 375 8-10 minutes
