Ingredients
1 Grocery Store, Oven Roasted Chicken.
3-4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Pepper
2-3 tsp. White Vinegar
Fresh, plain, hamburger buns.
Preparation
Carefully remove meat and skin from roasted chicken. (Save the skin and bones to make stock for soup later in the week.) Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and pepper together to make a thin, peppery sauce. Heat the boneless, skinless chicken meat in the microwave briefly, place on top of an open faced, fresh hamburger bun. Spoon a generous quantity of “white sauce” over chicken. (Add a side of “chips” for a common, southern treat.)
