Ingredients
lettuce
tomato
peppers, green, red, yellow etc.
onion
cucumber
carrots
avocado (optional)
raisins or dates (optional)
vinegar
flaxseed meal
any other vegetables or seasonings
Preparation
Put whatever salad ingredients you have and want to use in a food processor. Add a splash of your favorite vinegar (I’m using Reisling Raisin now) and a couple of raisins if you wish, and pulse it until it is just finely chopped but not completely processed. Just takes a minute and you have a delicious salad you can eat with a spoon!
