Ingredients

3lb. ground burger

1 egg

1/4 cup seasoning salt

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onions (if desired)

1/4 cup diced jalapenos

8 slices of bacon

1 tbsp. worstechire suace

4 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. minced or diced garlic

4 or 8 onion buns

Preparation

Sart by frying bacon in pan and set aside.

Melt 4 tbsp. of butter and 1tbsp. of minced or diced garlic in small pan and brush onto buns.

Mix all other ingredients together and form into either desired patty size.

Spray grill w/ non stick spray and turn on high for 3 minutes or until temp reaches 450+. then turn down to low heat.

Spray one side of patty w/ non stick spray and put that side down onto grill.

Grill for about 3 minutes and repeat for other side of patty.

During last 2 minutes of grilling throw buttered buns on top rack and grill (toast) with patties for remaining 2 minutes.

Pull off grill, Add bacon and serve.
