Ingredients

1/4 lb very very thinnly sliced corned beef

russian dressing

2 thick slices of swiss

sour kraut

butter

2 slices marble rye

Preparation

constuction:

lay down 1 slice of rye, spread with russian dressing, top with a slice of swiss, top with 1/2 of the corned beef, add a light layer of kraut,spinkle with pepper, top with the remaining corned beef, top with 1 slice swiss, spread last piece of rye with russian and finish the sandwich. in a ovenproof skillet melt 2 oz of butter over medium heat. add the sandwich and fry one side until golden. add 1 oz of butter to pan , flip the sandwich and put in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 mins. remove - cut - enjoy !
