Ingredients
1 octopus. small, mediun or large. makes no difference
1 medium onion
3T olive oil
Preparation
put the octopus, whole onion and olive oil in a large pot. cover and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours or until the suction cups just begin to fall off. DO NOT ADD WATER!!!!
