Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans - rinsed
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
6 tbsp Lemon Juice or juice from 2 lemons
3 tbsp Tahini
1 clove crushed Garlic - size of clove per taste
1/4 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Paprika, sweet, smoked or hot
Preparation
Blend in a food processor until completely smooth - then blend a little longer for good measure.
Do not start blending until all ingredients are in the processor.
