Ingredients
3 cups 2% or whole milk
1 cup semisweet or bittersweet dark chocolate chips (I used Sunspire)
1/4 c cocoa powder
2 whole cloves
sprinkle of cinnamon or a piece of cinnamon stick/bark to taste
Preparation
Heat milk gently on stovetop adding chocolate chips, cocoa, and spices slowly and whisking together constantly for about 10 minutes. Should be frothy and thick. Pour and serve immediately.
