Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Dash of kosher salt
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup hot water mixed with 1 envelope of yeast
Preparation
Place 1/4 hot water in bowl with yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Place flour and olive oil in mixer with dough hook mix, add honey and salt, mix. Add yeast and mix and then add cold water 1/4 cup at a time. Mix for up to 5 minutes; if it does not pull together add 2 tablespoons cold water. Place in bowl that is lightly coated with olive oil. Cover with towel and let rise in draft free area that is warm for up to 5 hours. Divide into two pizzas and roll out on counter with flour. Place on hot stone. Cook for 15 minutes with toppings at 450 degrees.
