Ingredients
2lb chili meat or ground meat
5Tbl grouned chili powder
2Tbl dry minced onion
1tsp garlic salt
1Tbl grouned cumin
3ts salt
1 8oz can tomato sauce
Preparation
Brown meat, dip off fat. Add dry ingredients then tomato sauce. While cooking over low heat - mix 3/4 cup flour & 3 cups water. Add meat mixture stirring until thickened - add more hot water to desired consistency. Cook slowly for 30 minutes, watch closely adding water as needed. Add more or less chili powder to taste. Serve over rice or cornbread.
