Ingredients
1-pound can French-cut green beans
1-pound can yellow wax beans
1-pound can red kidney beans
1-pound can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup salad oil
2/3 cup wine vinegar
2/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Drain beans and combine in large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients mixing until sugar dissolves. Add liquid to bean mixture and lightly stir until beans are coated. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Before serving, drain liquid and put bean mixture in a lettuce lined bowl.
