Ingredients
1 can cut green beans
1 can yello wax beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
optional - mandarin oranges
Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Preparation
I drain and rinse the kidney beans and all the other beans. I mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl and toss with the dressing. Then, I chill for several hours. I add the mandarin oranges just prior to serving.
