Ingredients
5 sheets phyllo dough
2 tomatoes, sliced
12 eggs
1 C fresh chopped spinach
2 C heavy cream
Salt & pepper
1/2 C provolone
1/2 C cheddar
1/2 C swiss
Preparation
*Butter 9X13 pan *Lay phyllo dough in pan and butter dough *Mix eggs and cream. *Sprinkle shredded cheese in bottom of pan. *Pour egg mix in pan. *Top with spinach and tomatoes. *Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
