Ingredients
4 cups cooked canneloni beans
salt and pepper
4 T butter
1 diced onion
1 T fresh rosemary
2 T garlic
2 pinches red pepper flakes
2 T parsley
2 T olive oil
Preparation
In a saute pan melt butter and add onion, rosemary garlic pepper flakes parsley and olive. Cook until onion is very tender but not brown. Add the cooked beans and mash adding salt and pepper as needed. Serve with crusty bread
